align=\"justify\" class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">Segons<br \/>\nles xifres publicades avui a la premsa, el percentatge del pressupost<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">d&#8217;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">Educaci\u00f3<br \/>\nnom\u00e9s pujaria 0,05 punts respecte a 2015 i incompliria l&#8217;Acord de<br \/>\ngovernabilitat, que establia la \u201c<\/span><strong>Recuperaci\u00f3 dels<br \/>\npressuposts d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i increment progressiu durant la<br \/>\nlegislatura<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">A<br \/>\npartir de les dades aportades pel Govern veim que el 2015 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">s&#8217;han<br \/>\ndestinat a Educaci\u00f3<\/span><strong>775,65<br \/>\nmilions d&#8217;euros<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"> sobre un<br \/>\npressupost total de <\/span><strong>4035,59 milions<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">,<br \/>\n\u00e9s a dir un <\/span><strong>19,22%<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">,<br \/>\nmentre que la previsi\u00f3 per a 2016 \u00e9s de <\/span><strong>817,21<\/strong><strong>milions<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"> sobre un<br \/>\ntotal de <\/span><strong>4.240,89<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">,<br \/>\nque representa un <\/span><strong>19,27%<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">L<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">es<br \/>\nxifres que s&#8217;haurien de recuperar segons <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">l<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">&#8216;Acord<br \/>\nde governabilitat <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">s\u00f3n les<br \/>\nde<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">l darrer pressupost<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">anterior a les retallades,<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">corresponent a<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"><br \/>\nl&#8217;any 2011, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">va<br \/>\nser <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">de<\/span><strong>822,1 milions<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"> sobre<br \/>\nun total de <\/span><strong>3.384<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">\u00e9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">s<br \/>\na dir el <\/span><strong>24,3%<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">P<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">er\u00f2<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">el pressupost previst, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">que<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">nom\u00e9s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">puja<br \/>\n41,56 milions <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">m\u00e9s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">respecte<br \/>\na 2015, no <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">arriba<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">ni tan sols al de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">2011<br \/>\ni \u00e9s semblant percentualment als que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">hem<br \/>\npatit<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"> amb <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">el<br \/>\nPP de Bauz\u00e1.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">P<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">el<br \/>\nque fa al PIB, el Govern preveu un <a class=\"western\" href=\"http:\/\/www.diariodemallorca.es\/mallorca\/2015\/10\/29\/govern-aprueba-presupuestos-4241-millones\/1066702.html\">creixement<br \/>\ndel 3%<\/a> respecte al de 2015 (1), que \u00e9s de <a class=\"western\" href=\"http:\/\/www.datosmacro.com\/ccaa\/islas-baleares\">26.845<br \/>\nM\u20ac<\/a> (2). <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">\u00c9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">s<br \/>\na dir <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">que quedaria en <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">uns<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">27.650,35 milions. Sobre<br \/>\naquest<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">a previsi\u00f3 el<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"><br \/>\npressupost d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">suposaria<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"><br \/>\nun <\/span><strong>2,96% del PIB<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">,<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">semblant<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"><br \/>\nal d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">&#8216;enguany<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">i molt<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"><br \/>\nlluny del 5% <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">que prometia<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"><br \/>\nel programa electoral del PSIB-PSOE.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">Amb<br \/>\naquestes xifres tan escarransides ens demanam com afrontar\u00e0 la<br \/>\nConselleria <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">ja <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">no<br \/>\nnom\u00e9s la disminuci\u00f3 de r\u00e0tios i horaris lectius, sin\u00f3 la<br \/>\nconstrucci\u00f3 d&#8217;aules per <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">eliminar<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"><br \/>\nels <a class=\"western\" href=\"https:\/\/uob.cat\/ensenyament.es\/2015\/09\/curs-15-16-tablets-extremadura-i.html\">93<br \/>\nbarracons<\/a> que ara mateix hi ha a les Balears.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\" class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">\u00c9s<br \/>\nevident que l&#8217;origen de tots aquests mals \u00e9s l&#8217;espoli fiscal i la<br \/>\nmanca de finan\u00e7ament estatal, que ha duit les Balears a acumular un<br \/>\ndeute de 9.000 milions, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">i<br \/>\nque e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">ls problemes del Govern<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">es poden <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">agreujar<br \/>\nencara m\u00e9s amb les mesures draconianes imposades per Madrid, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">que<br \/>\nobliga a un <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">d\u00e8ficit m\u00e0xim<br \/>\nde 0,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">3<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"><br \/>\npunts per a 2016 quan enguany la previsi\u00f3 era del 0,7 i al final<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">haur\u00e0 estat<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"><br \/>\nde l&#8217;1,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">5<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">.<br \/>\nTot aix\u00f2, acompanyat per <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">l&#8217;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">incompliment<br \/>\nreiterat de les inversions estatut\u00e0ries per part de l&#8217;estat<br \/>\nespanyol. Per\u00f2 davant aquest <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">ofegament<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"><br \/>\necon\u00f2mic continuam trobant a faltar, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">per<br \/>\nuna banda, <\/span><strong>m\u00e9s valentia del Govern a l&#8217;hora de plantar<br \/>\ncara davant Rajoy i Montoro<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">, i<br \/>\nper una altra, <\/span><strong>m\u00e9s comprom\u00eds a l&#8217;hora de prioritzar<br \/>\nEducaci\u00f3<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal\"> tal com s&#8217;ha<br \/>\ncomprom\u00e8s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">sovint <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">la<br \/>\npresidenta Armengol.
