Al final d&#8217;aquesta nota trobareu els esborranys dels annexos.<\/p>\n<p>Personal Docent ha destacat les novetats de la Guia docent, el full de dictamen de valoraci\u00f3, el portafoli i les instruccions sobre la formaci\u00f3. Informam sobre els diferents apartats:<\/p>\n<p>1) GUIA DOCENT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Es preveu que estigui disponible l&#8217;octubre. Hem demanat que se&#8217;ns faci arribar un exemplar i s&#8217;ha acceptat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2) ACTIVITATS FASE DE PR\u00c0CTIQUES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La Guia docent d&#8217;Inspecci\u00f3 indicar\u00e0 les tasques que haur\u00e0 de fer l&#8217;aspirant.<\/li>\n<li>La formaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 en general de la modalitat de formaci\u00f3 en centres. Si excepcionalment el centre<br \/>\nno t\u00e9 cap programa, l&#8217;aspirant la podr\u00e0 fer a un altre centre o al CEP. La formaci\u00f3 en centres tanca a 15 de maig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3) TUTORIES<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hem demanat que no es destinin hores<br \/>\ncomplement\u00e0ries d&#8217;altres tasques a la tutoria del funcionari en pr\u00e0ctiques, i<br \/>\nque es contractin m\u00e9s docents si fa falta.<\/li>\n<li>Tamb\u00e9<br \/>\n hem demanat que en el cas dels caps de departament que es veuen<br \/>\nobligats a ocupar m\u00e9s d&#8217;un c\u00e0rrec es pugui adjudicar la tutoria del<br \/>\nfuncionari en pr\u00e0ctiques a un membre del departament. Han contestat que<br \/>\nes pot fer si ho decideix la comissi\u00f3 de valoraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Totes les tutories s\u00f3n individuals. Nom\u00e9s es pot donar el cas de tutoritzar m\u00e9s d&#8217;un aspirant per causes sobrevingudes, per exemple per baixa del tutor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4) INCID\u00c8NCIES <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Segons han dit, les incid\u00e8ncies del curs passat van ser totes de no aptes per no complir els cinc mesos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5) AVALUACI\u00d3<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S&#8217;afegir\u00e0 \u00absi s&#8217;escau\u00bb per<br \/>\n als criteris del dictamen de valoraci\u00f3 que no t\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 fer necess\u00e0riament el docent, per exemple<br \/>\n la detecci\u00f3 d&#8217;assetjament escolar en cas que no n&#8217;hi hagi.<\/li>\n<li>En el cas del bloc 5 del dictamen d&#8217;Orientaci\u00f3, amb dos \u00edtems, en principi haur\u00e0 de bastar superar-ne un encara que aix\u00f2 no suposi el m\u00ednim del 75%, tot i que ho han d&#8217;acabar de comprovar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pel que fa a la <strong>resoluci\u00f3 de nomenament de funcionaris en pr\u00e0ctiques<\/strong>, Personal docent ha dit que es publicar\u00e0 al BOIB quan hagin rebut totes les documentacions dels aspirants.  La resoluci\u00f3 de la regulaci\u00f3 de la fase de pr\u00e0ctiques es publicar\u00e0 el m\u00e9s aviat possible.<\/p>\n<p>En el torn obert de paraules hem recordat els <strong>casos d&#8217;indefensi\u00f3 per les respostes vagues, gen\u00e8riques i inconcretes a les reclamacions<\/strong>, com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uobensenyament.cat\/2018\/07\/uob-denuncia-indefensio-dels-aspirants.html\">vam denunciar en el seu moment<\/a>, i hem demanat que en prenguin nota perqu\u00e8 no es repeteixin per tercera vegada aquests vicis i errors a les properes oposicions. Personal docent ha contestat que considera correcta l&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 dels tribunals.
