La directiva traslladar\u00e0 l&#8217;<strong>oposici\u00f3 al marcatge horari<\/strong> a la reuni\u00f3 amb Conselleria. Faran assemblea<br \/>\n de professors. <\/p>\n<p>5) Al <strong>CEPA Son Canals<\/strong> el claustre extraordinari ha votat en contra del marcatge horari: <strong>14 a favor de no fitxar i 5 abstencions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>6) Claustre de l&#8217;<strong>IES Sineu<\/strong>: <strong>88 vots a favor del manifest en contra del marcatge horari<\/strong> i nom\u00e9s un vot en contra.<\/p>\n<p>7) <strong>IES Esporles<\/strong>: el claustre ha votat <strong>per \u00e0mplia majoria contra el marcatge horari<\/strong> i han enviat carta a la conselleria demanant-ne la retirada.<\/p>\n<p>Actualitzam a 4.10.2019:<\/p>\n<p>8) El <strong>CEIP Ca&#8217;n Pastilla<\/strong> enviar\u00e0 a Conselleria el manifest en contra del marcatge aprovat en claustre.<\/p>\n<p>9) <strong>IES Sa Blanca Dona<\/strong>: El claustre va votar contra el marcatge horari. 98 vots en contra, 10 abstencions i cap vot a favor.<\/p>\n<p>10) <strong>IES Inca<\/strong>: Han acordat en assemblea oposar-se al marcatge horari per 35 vots contra el marcatge i 2 a favor. Aproximadament la meitat del claustre no signa.<\/p>\n<p>Actualitzam a 7.10.2019:<\/p>\n<p>11) <strong>IES Son Ferrer<\/strong>, votaci\u00f3 en assemblea: 36 vots contra el marcatge, 4 a favor i 4 en blanc.<\/p>\n<p>Actualitzam a 8.10.2019:<\/p>\n<p>12) <strong>IES Emili Darder<\/strong>, votaci\u00f3 en assemblea: 23 vots contra<br \/>\n el marcatge: 3 abstencions, cap vot a favor.<\/p>\n<p>13) <strong>Escola d&#8217;Art de Menorca<\/strong>: el Claustre de s&#8217;ha posicionat en contra del Sistema de marcatge (15 vots en contra de marcar i 3 a favor).<\/p>\n<p>14) <strong>IES Son Pacs<\/strong>: El claustre ha acordat per unanimitat demanar al conseller d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 la derogaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest sistema de control, o que sigui opcional per a cada centre educatiu. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s han fet constar la precarietat d&#8217;espais, infraestructures i mitjans.<\/p>\n<p>Actualitzam a 9.10.2019:<\/p>\n<p>15) <strong>CEPA Francesc Borja Moll<\/strong> (Inca): El claustre ha votat per unanimitat<br \/>\nen contra del marcatge i l&#8217;assemblea ha signat un manifest en contra. Vegeu-lo <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=0B2JBZIy87nFId0JnalhaXzVWSzdxWmt4X1JaLTVkbVdIaFRR\">AQU\u00cd<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>16) <strong>IES Ses Estacions<\/strong>: tot i haver-se convocat el claustre, el director no ha deixat votar. Acabat el claustre, els companys reunits en assemblea han decidit per ampl\u00edssima majoria enviar una carta a Conselleria expressant el rebuig al marcatge.<\/p>\n<p>Actualitzam a 15.10.2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>17) IES Baltasar Porcel<\/strong>:&nbsp; Es convoca a petici\u00f3 del professorat un claustre per parlar d&#8217;aquest tema. La votaci\u00f3 final \u00e9s la seg\u00fcent: 40 vots en contra del marcatge i a favor d&#8217;enviar un document per tal de sol\u00b7licitar la derogaci\u00f3 de la mesura, 4 abstencions. No hi ha vots a favor del marcatge.<\/p>\n<p>Actualitzam a 17.10.2019:<\/p>\n<p>18) <strong>IES Polit\u00e8cnic<\/strong>: L&#8217;assemblea de docents comunicar\u00e0 a la Conselleria que demana la retirada immediata del marcatge, amb 71 vots a favor, 3 abstencions i 0 en contra.<\/p>\n<p>Actualitzam a 18.10.2019:<\/p>\n<p>19) <strong>IES Llucmajor<\/strong>: votaci\u00f3 online, de les 77 persones que han respost a la pregunta, 67 estan en contra del marcatge, 8 a favor i 2 indiferent. Aix\u00f2 significa que hi ha un 87% de professors en contra, un 10,4% a favor i un 2,6% indiferent. La setmana vinent es far\u00e0 una assemblea per discutir la possibilitat de no fitxar com a col\u00b7lectiu o de deixar que cadasc\u00fa faci el que cregui m\u00e9s oport\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>20)<strong> IES Marratx\u00ed<\/strong>: Un grup de companys no fitxa i aix\u00ed ho han manifestat. No ens consta que hagin tingut cap problema per aquest motiu.<\/p>\n<p>21) <strong>CEPA Calvi\u00e0<\/strong>: Votaci\u00f3 en assemblea, perqu\u00e8 la inspectora va dir que no era tema de claustre. El resultat: dels 24 docents presents, 18 varen signar en contra del marcatge.<\/p>\n<p>Actualitzat a 29.10.2019:<\/p>\n<p>22) <strong>IES Santa Maria<\/strong>: Votaci\u00f3 en assemblea: 30 vots de 38 rebutgen el marcatge. El director no ho ha deixat votar a claustre.<\/p>\n<p>Actualitzat a 30.10.2019:<\/p>\n<p>23) <strong>IES Lloren\u00e7 Garcias i Font<\/strong>: Els<br \/>\n professors del centre reunits en assemblea el passat dimecres dia 18<br \/>\nd&#8217;octubre acordaren per unanimitat el posicionament contrari a la mesura<br \/>\n del marcatge horari. Entre<br \/>\n vots presencials i delegats (24 vots presencials i 20 delegats, tots a<br \/>\nfavor, cap en contra i cap abstenci\u00f3) sumaren la meitat del claustre.<\/p>\n<p>Actualitzat a 9.12.2019:<\/p>\n<p>24) <strong>CEPA Piti\u00fcses<\/strong>: Els docents reunits en assemblea, amb 11 assistents d&#8217;un total de 19, van acordar per unanimitat no marcar. Van demanar convocat\u00f2ria de claustre i el director no va deixar votar cap resoluci\u00f3 per instruccions de la inspectora.<\/p>\n<p>Si el director del vostre centre es nega a sotmetre a votaci\u00f3 un manifest o resoluci\u00f3 sobre el marcatge horari, cosa que excedeix les seves<br \/>\natribucions perqu\u00e8 un director no pot impedir que un claustre aprovi els<br \/>\nmanifests o les resolucions que consideri oportunes, recordau que vos podeu manifestar mitjan\u00e7ant votaci\u00f3<br \/>\nen una assemblea de centre.
