La \u00abGestapo\u00bb de Vox no t\u00e9 dret a fiscalitzar ni inspeccionar l’activitat dels docents, sin\u00f3 \u00fanicament a visitar depend\u00e8ncies, i aix\u00f2 nom\u00e9s en el cas que el Govern els ho autoritz\u00e0s. Com ja vam avan\u00e7ar<\/a>, l’article 15.5 del Reglament del Parlament, que preveu que \u00abels diputats poden accedir a les depend\u00e8ncies p\u00fabliques\u00bb, tamb\u00e9 estableix que \u00abel Govern podr\u00e0 denegar per raons fonamentades la visita a determinades depend\u00e8ncies\u00bb. Per altra banda, l\u2019inc\u00eds final d\u2019aquest article refereix que \u00ables visites es faran en temps i forma per permetre el normal funcionament del servei\u00bb.<\/p>\n

En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, segons ens informen els nostres serveis jur\u00eddics, el que poden fer els diputats en general s\u00f3n \u00abvisites\u00bb a \u00abdepend\u00e8ncies\u00bb, en cap cas \u00abinspeccions\u00bb de cap \u00abactivitat\u00bb. En qualsevol cas, recordam que des d’Uni\u00f3 Obrera Balear ja vam reclamar p\u00fablicament a Educaci\u00f3 que no cometi la barbaritat de donar perm\u00eds a la \u00abGestapo\u00bb de Vox<\/a> per visitar els centres, amb base a l’article 15.5 del Reglament del Parlament.
