Per tant, ens demanem quin marge tenen els t\u00e8cnics del Servei de Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos per lluitar per tal de millorar les infraestructures dels centres.<strong>&nbsp;No \u00e9s suficient la redacci\u00f3 d&#8217;unes instruccions<\/strong> marcant qu\u00e8 s\u2019ha de fer quan hi ha altes<br \/>\ntemperatures o alerta groga a la nostra Comunitat, <strong>si tanmateix no es compleixen.<\/strong> Comen\u00e7a a ser urgent actuar en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia i respectar les<br \/>\ncondicions dels treballadors i treballadores de la comunitat educativa, sense<br \/>\ndeixar de banda, \u00e9s clar, els nostres alumnes. UOB Ensenyament comen\u00e7a a tenir not\u00edcies d&#8217;afiliats amb problemes de deshidrataci\u00f3 i situacions d&#8217;IT per cops de calor. Ja no \u00e9s q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de fer classe amb poca comoditat, o que reti poc; no, <strong>\u00e9s q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de salut p\u00fablica<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><strong>L&#8217;escenari \u00e9s una tormenta perfecta:<\/strong> un canvi clim\u00e0tic cada cop m\u00e9s acusat, la manca de flexibilitat del calendari escolar per adaptar-se a la climatologia cada cop m\u00e9s canviant, la nul\u00b7la adequaci\u00f3 de la majoria d&#8217;aularis a les condicions de temperatures extremes. Exigim calendaris escolars flexibles que puguin adaptar-se a l&#8217;escenari clim\u00e0tic mediterrani, <strong>aules climatitzades<\/strong>,<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>per\u00f2 no amb sistemes d&#8217;aire condicionat tradicional, que agreugen l&#8217;emissi\u00f3 de gasos d&#8217;efecte hivernacle i aprofundeixen l&#8217;arrel del problema, <strong>sin\u00f3 sostenibles<\/strong> i, mentre aquest repte d&#8217;infraestructures no es completi, <strong>el compliment de la normativa vigent<\/strong>: <strong>la classe ser\u00e0 segura o no ser\u00e0<\/strong> i, si s&#8217;ha d&#8217;aturar per males condicions termohigrom\u00e8triques que posen en perill la salut del personal docent i de l&#8217;alumnat, que aquesta mesura es consideri atribuci\u00f3 del centre al marc de la seva autonomia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"CA\" style=\",serif;font-size: 12pt;line-height: 150%\">UOB<br \/>\nEnsenyament ha fet una <strong>petici\u00f3 de reuni\u00f3 al Servei de Prevenci\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>\nper tal d\u2019esbrinar quines pautes tenen pensades seguir amb l\u2019alt increment de<br \/>\nles temperatures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"CA\" style=\",serif;font-size: 12pt;line-height: 150%\"><strong>UOB<br \/>\nEnsenyament recorda que fer classe per davall dels 17 graus i per damunt dels<br \/>\n27 \u00e9s il\u00b7legal<\/strong>, normativa marcada pel R.D. 486\/1997, de 14 d\u2019abril, Annex III,<br \/>\napartat 3a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Per a qu\u00e8 tot aix\u00f2 sigui possible, l<strong>&#8216;Administraci\u00f3 educativa ha de mostrar una sensibilitat<\/strong> cap a la salut de treballadors i alumnes, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;un inter\u00e9s per al compliment de la llei, que fins ara no s&#8217;observa. <strong>Necessitam uns
