Els heralds de Bankia han dut a terme la missi\u00f3 que tenien encomanda i han transm\u00e8s el missatge: Bankia pensa en mogudes geogr\u00e0fiques. Per qu\u00e8? Per ventura alg\u00fa ha decidit quelcom sobre la <a href=\"https:\/\/uob.cat\/caixa\/2017\/09\/direccio-territorial-propia-encant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">direcci\u00f3 territorial a les Illes Balears<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>Amb molt poca \u00e8tica, RRHH ha emprat informaci\u00f3 sobre la vida privada dels treballadors entrevistats, en la seva contra. <em>Que em dius que tens fills grans? Ja saps on hi ha les millors universitats! Que tens fills petits? Cap problema, encara no tenen les amistats consolidades!<\/em> A tot li han tret punta (amb casos particulars d&#8217;un cinisme preocupant), i per aix\u00f2 conv\u00e9 mantenir la m\u00e0xima reserva sobre la vida privada, perqu\u00e8 pertany a cada persona i a ning\u00fa m\u00e9s, ning\u00fa, s&#8217;hi ha d&#8217;immiscir.<\/p>\n<div class=\"green-box\"> A <strong>UOB<\/strong> tenim molt clar qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una illa i qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el continent. Ho hem demostrat en les reestructuracions que hem patit dins BMN. La resta de sindicats presents als comit\u00e8s d\u2019empresa de BMN a les Illes Balears no poden dir el mateix. Seguiran en la mateixa l\u00ednia o a partir d\u2019ara tindran en compte la insularitat, i encara m\u00e9s la doble i triple insularitat?\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>Durant les entrevistes tamb\u00e9 ha estat molt lamentable l\u2019excusa discriminat\u00f2ria donada per evitar emprar la llengua catalana quan ambd\u00f3s, entrevistat i entrevistador, eren catalanoparlants. Quan entrevisten treballadors que parlen varietats dialectals del castell\u00e0, els obliguen a parlar llengua est\u00e0ndard? No saben devers Bankia qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;Estatut d&#8217;Autonomia de les Illes Balears?<\/p>\n<p>Tornam a recordar tres punts b\u00e0sics que haurien de formar part de l\u2019ABC de les bones pr\u00e0ctiques en pol\u00edtiques de RRHH:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La inestabilitat laboral perjudica tothom: clients, plantilla\u2026 i empresa!<\/li>\n<li>En l\u2019adequaci\u00f3 del lloc de treball, \u00e9s benefici\u00f3s que l\u2019opini\u00f3 dels treballadors compti al mateix nivell que els objectius de l\u2019empresa<\/li>\n<li>Els empleats satisfets s\u00f3n m\u00e9s productius que els descontents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les prevencions que v\u00e0rem fer sobre les entrevistes de Bankia a treballadors de BMN eren encertades.
