Hi havia (per\u00a0acord laboral, bianualment)\u00a0<strong>140 places<\/strong>\u00a0a tot CaixaBank. S&#8217;han\u00a0presentat a examen <strong>601 companys<\/strong>, en diferents seus d&#8217;examen\u00a0repartides per l&#8217;Estat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nota de tall ha estat de <strong>69,50<\/strong>. (Hi ha hagut un qu\u00e0druple empat en el tall, quedant una persona amb aquesta nota defora dels 140.)\u00a0Els candidats hauran rebut un mail, i poden veure la qualificaci\u00f3 al Portal de l\u2019Empleat: <em>Sol\u00b7licituds\u00a0a RRHH > Hist\u00f2ric avaluacions > Avaluacions finalitzades<\/em>.\u00a0Sabem que hi ha companyes i companys que han quedat molt a prop del tall, a les quals encoratjam a\u00a0perseverar en la consecuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;objectiu. <strong>La feina feta no cau en sac foradat!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>UOB<\/strong> agraeix l\u2019esfor\u00e7 i el m\u00e8rit de totes i cada una de les persones opositores, i expressa la m\u00e9s sincera\u00a0enhorabona per\u00a0a totes\u00a0les que han obtingut el nivell VII.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00ed mateix volem agrair la feina, curosa i dedicada,\u00a0dels companys de Relacions Laborals, Formaci\u00f3 i resta d&#8217;\u00e0rees involucrades en el proc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La \u00abseu Mallorca\u00bb excel\u00b7leix!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>UOB<\/strong>, JA DES DEL PRIMER MOMENT QUE ENS VA SER POSSIBLE\u00a0(2021), I UN COP ANALITZADA LA SITUACI\u00d3,\u00a0VA VOLER APORTAR\u00a0UN <strong><u>VALOR AFEGIT<\/u><\/strong> EN LA\u00a0PREPARACI\u00d3 DE LES PROVES DE CAPACITACI\u00d3 (ENTRE ALTRES ACCIONS SINDICALS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DONCS,\u00a0EN ANTERIORS PROCESSOS, EL SISTEMA DE PREPARACI\u00d3 QUE VAM\u00a0IMPLANTAR, COORDINAT PEL\u00a0COMPANY GABRIEL SU\u00d1ER,\u00a0JA VA DONAR UN MOLT BON RESULTAT COL\u00b7LECTIU. I,\u00a0AQUESTA VEGADA, HA TORNAT A SER AIX\u00cd:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DELS OPOSITORS\u00a0QUE HAN COMPLETAT LA PREPARACI\u00d3 AMB <strong>UOB<\/strong>, PROP DEL <strong>50%<\/strong> HAN TRET PLA\u00c7A DE <strong>NIVELL VII<\/strong>. AIX\u00d2 REPRESENTA DOBLAR LA R\u00c0TIO\u00a0140 (PLACES) \/ 601 (EXAMINANDS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I ENCARA UNA ALTRA DADA: ESSENT LA PLANTILLA DE BALEARS APROXIMADAMENT\u00a0UN 3,5%\u00a0DEL TOTAL DE CAIXABANK, ELS\u00a0RESULTATS DIUEN\u00a0QUE\u00a0<strong>UOB HAUR\u00c0 PREPARAT M\u00c9S DELS 10% DELS NOUS NIVELLS VII A NIVELL DE TOT L&#8217;ESTAT! <\/strong>PR\u00c0CTICAMENT TRIPLICAM AQUEST PERCENTATGE RESPECTE DE 2023.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NI M\u00c9S\u00a0NI MENYS,\u00a0FEIM REALITAT UN DELS\u00a0NOSTRES LEMES:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>UOB, SEMPRE AL TEU COSTAT, FENT FEINA PER MILLORAR!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tenim en compte que <strong>UOB<\/strong> t\u00e9 poc menys d&#8217;un 1% del total de la massa sindical de CaixaBank, el fet d&#8217;arribar a aquestes xifres representa un gran \u00e8xit del sistema de preparaci\u00f3 que posam a l&#8217;abast dels nostres\u00a0afiliats, i al que donarem continu\u00eftat, amb <strong>esperit de millora cont\u00ednua<\/strong>, per a futures convocat\u00f2ries (tret de\u00a0canvis normatius:\u00a0en el\u00a02026 per a nivells X i VIII; i any 2027, de nou, per a nivell VII).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En futures comunicacions publicarem algunes gr\u00e0fiques\u00a0interessants sobre el rendiment de la &#8216;seu Mallorca&#8217;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rendiment espectacular del col\u00b7lectiu de les Illes Balears en les oposicions a nivell VII.
