Los heraldos de Bankia han llevado a cabo la misi\u00f3n que ten\u00edan encomendada y han transmitido el mensaje: Bankia sue\u00f1a con una &#8216;movida&#8217; geogr\u00e1fica. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? \u00bfAcaso alguien ha decidido algo sobre la <a href=\"https:\/\/uob.cat\/caixa\/2017\/09\/direccion-territorial-propia-pende-hilo\/?lang=es\">direcci\u00f3n territorial en las Islas Baleares<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>Con muy poca \u00e9tica, RRHH ha utilizado informaci\u00f3n sobre la vida privada de los trabajadores entrevistados, en contra de los mismos. <em>\u00bfMe dices que tienes hijos mayores? \u00a1Ya sabes donde est\u00e1n las mejores universidades! \u00bfTienes hijos peque\u00f1os? \u00a1No hay problema, no tienen las amistades consolidadas! <\/em>A\u00a0todo le han sacado punta (con casos particulares de un cinismo preocupante), por lo que conviene mantener la m\u00e1xima reserva sobre la vida privada, porque pertenece a cada persona y nadie m\u00e1s, nadie, tiene porqu\u00e9 inmiscuirse.<\/p>\n<div class=\"green-box\"> En <strong>UOB<\/strong> tenemos muy claro qu\u00e9 es una isla y qu\u00e9 es el continente. Lo hemos demostrado en las reestructuraciones que hemos sufrido en BMN. El resto de sindicatos presentes en los comit\u00e9s de empresa de BMN en las Islas Baleares no pueden decir lo mismo. \u00bfSeguir\u00e1n en la misma l\u00ednea o a partir de ahora tendr\u00e1n en cuenta la insularidad, y a\u00fan m\u00e1s, la doble y triple insularidad?\u00a0<\/div>\n<p>Durante las entrevistas tambi\u00e9n ha sido muy lamentable la excusa discriminatoria dada para evitar utilizar la lengua catalana cuando ambos, entrevistado y entrevistador, eran catalanohablantes. Cuando entrevistan a trabajadores que hablan variedades dialectales del castellano, \u00bflos obligan a hablar lengua est\u00e1ndar? \u00bfNo saben en Bankia qu\u00e9 es el Estatuto de Autonom\u00eda de las Illes Balears?<\/p>\n<p>Volvemos a recordar tres puntos b\u00e1sicos que deber\u00edan formar parte del ABC de las buenas pr\u00e1cticas en pol\u00edticas de RRHH:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La inestabilidad laboral perjudica a todos: clientes, plantilla&#8230; \u00a1y empresa!<\/li>\n<li>En la adecuaci\u00f3n del puesto de trabajo, es beneficioso que la opini\u00f3n de los trabajadores cuente al mismo nivel que los objetivos de la empresa<\/li>\n<li>Los empleados satisfechos son m\u00e1s productivos que los descontentos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las prevenciones que hicimos sobre las entrevistas de Bankia a trabajadores de BMN eran acertadas.
