{"id":2857,"date":"2025-06-26T14:32:00","date_gmt":"2025-06-26T12:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uob.cat\/caixa\/?p=2857"},"modified":"2026-01-30T14:34:27","modified_gmt":"2026-01-30T13:34:27","slug":"ajustes-injustos-1q","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uob.cat\/caixa\/es\/2025\/06\/ajustes-injustos-1q\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abAjustes\u00bb INjustos 1Q"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La red de oficinas est\u00e1 m\u00e1s quemada que la pipa de un indio con los \u00abajustes\u00bb (eufemismo que la Direcci\u00f3n utiliza para no decir lo que realmente son: <em>penalizaciones<\/em>) que se han aplicado y que vienen a reducir la retribuci\u00f3n variable del primer cuatrimestre (1Q).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oficinas que han cumplido de sobra los objetivos se han visto penalizadas por la <strong>entrada en mora<\/strong> de operaciones que no tiene ning\u00fan sentido que se tengan en cuenta en este momento, y mucho menos con aplicaci\u00f3n de \u00abajustes\u00bb\u00a0desproporcionadamente altos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otra injusticia flagrante ocurre con los \u00abajustes\u00bb por <strong>NPS<\/strong>. <strong>UOB<\/strong> ya public\u00f3 una serie de comunicados, hace dos a\u00f1os, sobre este tema. Constatamos, pues,\u00a0que nos\u00a0siguen castigando indiscriminadamente por hechos que quedan <strong>fuera de nuestro\u00a0alcance<\/strong>. Por ejemplo, oficinas que han superado con creces el reto <em>transaccional<\/em>, que es lo que depende estrictamente de ellas, ven recortada su retribuci\u00f3n variable porque \u00abla Direcci\u00f3n Territorial\u00bb no ha cumplido el reto <em>relacional<\/em> y, por ello, absolutamente todas las oficinas que dependen jer\u00e1rquicamente de ella tienen que pasar por el embudo del \u00abajuste\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todas estas penalizaciones, que no son otra cosa que <strong>multas de\u00a0haber<\/strong>\u00a0encubiertas (prohibidas por la normativa) disfrazadas de <em>ajustes<\/em>, lo \u00fanico que hacen es minar la moral y extender el des\u00e1nimo entre la plantilla que, entre molesta e indignada, sigue sufriendo <strong>sistemas de retribuci\u00f3n variable absolutamente discrecionales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>LO REPETIMOS UNA VEZ M\u00c1S: \u00a1REIVINDICAMOS UN SISTEMA DE RETOS Y DE RETRIBUCI\u00d3N VARIABLE PACTADO, QUE APORTE TRANSPARENCIA Y TRANQUILIDAD A NUESTRO TRABAJO Y A LOS RESULTADOS RETRIBUTIVOS ESPERADOS, EN JUSTA CORRESPONDENCIA CON DICHO TRABAJO!<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>EN\u00a0CAIXABANK,\u00a0NECESITAMOS\u00a0M\u00c1S JUSTICIA Y EQUIDAD RETRIBUTIVA, \u00a1Y MENOS ARBITRARIEDADES!<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La red de oficinas est\u00e1 m\u00e1s quemada que la pipa de un indio con los \u00abajustes\u00bb (eufemismo que la Direcci\u00f3n utiliza para no decir lo que realmente son: penalizaciones) que se han aplicado y que vienen a reducir la retribuci\u00f3n variable del primer cuatrimestre (1Q).&hellip; <a class=\"read-more\" href=\"https:\/\/uob.cat\/caixa\/es\/2025\/06\/ajustes-injustos-1q\/\">Read more<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":2487,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":"","_members_access_role":[],"_members_access_error":""},"categories":[121,123],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2857","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-publicaciones-mandato-2023-2026","category-retribucion"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
